1. Payment Policy
- Full Payment Required: All orders must be paid for in full at the time of placing the order. We accept ApplePay, Zelle, Venmo, and Credit and Debit Card.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
- No Refunds for Last-Minute Cancellations: Orders canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time will not be eligible for a refund. We appreciate your understanding as our products are made fresh to order.
3. Order Pickup and Delivery
- Local Pickup: Local pickups are available only on designated days of the week.
Liability: Once the order has been picked up or delivered, Gluten Free-ks Cafe is no longer liable for any issues that may arise with the products, including but not limited to spoilage, damage, or loss. We recommend handling your baked goods with care and storing them appropriately.
- Orders placed to be delivered will be subjected to a delivery fee. (Delivery fee will vary depending on location).
4. Special Requests and Custom Orders
- We strive to accommodate special requests and custom orders. Please contact us directly to discuss your needs, and we'll do our best to fulfill them.
- Large Orders: For large orders (e.g., events, parties), please place your order at least 5 days in advance to ensure availability and timely preparation.
